Why can’t i move on with my life since the divorce 3 yrs ago?

January 19th, 2009
Kevin S asked:

Wow,…I am not used to this. please be patient with me. I am 3 years out of a divorce and I can’t seem to get my leggs back under me and focused on the future. This concerns me ALOT! Prior to the divorce, I was a goal setting machine! I can make anything happen! my beliefs in self was about 150% above normal. Not ego out of control, beliefs in myself,…… now I can’t find a WHY to create a desire. I built my businesses on the premise that i was doing something for my wife and 3 children. After 13 yrs of marriage my ex wife fell into the trap of perscription pain killers and alcohol. I totally get the dependance and I forgive her for those issues. I am having a hard time with the way she uses my children against me in retaliation and I would bet most people would. I want to move on. I just sit and think at times and i can’t get past this.

Whats is so wrong with teaching my kids to follow Charles Manson?

January 19th, 2009
Jon D asked:

Now I think that Charles Manson has gotten too bad of a rap for things he did not do. He never killed anyone. He may have encouraged it though that is different. If you tell someone to kill someone and and they do it should you be held responsible? Charles Manson was a charimatic leader who truly cared for his family and is endeared with many values which I hold dear to my heart, teamwork being one of them. His family prided themselves on living communily, sharing the love and wealth amongst themselves, living spiritually, and working together to achieve common goals. Yes, everyone makes mistakes and the family may have gotten out of hand at times though who am I to condemn them? My children are always getting into trouble in school after showing up with swatsikas on their foreheads, beating the other children, trying to start race wars, and doing reports on blood orgys or animal sacrifices. What ever happened to freedom of expression? I have taught them to be leaders like Charles Manson was and rebel against the convential thinking which the school system tries to brainwash them with. They really love me at the parent teacher conferences where the teachers usually make derogatory remarks about me telling me that it makes no sense to raise my children this way. Ya know what I tell them? No sense makes sense. Thats right. Charles taught me that for is a deeply philosophical man who obtains a wealth of knowledge beyond our comprehension. When someone picks on one of my boys I encourage him to show some self respect and avenge his wrongdoings by doing something extraordinary such as spiking the child’s chocolate milk with liquid l.s.d. or setting fire to one of his pets. I know many of you may disagree with my parenting skills though I think that once you learn more about Charles manson’s teachings and how they have changed the lives of so many people you may just have a change of heart.

Would you like to help save a child?

January 4th, 2009
jit bag asked:

I am volunteering for UNICEF and have set up a web site to take donations (which go directly to UNICEF) to help aid the world’s children who are in need of Emergency Response situations.

I started off the donations with the 1st pledge, and have set a goal of $1K. Please help me reach [and exceed] that goal. Let’s save some of these children who desperately need our help. Click on the link below to help. Every little bit counts. :)
Thanks,

Jitna

$17 can immunize a child against the 6 major childhood diseases.

$40 can provide large wool blankets to protect ten children from the cold/winter weather during an emergency.

$60 can provide enough vaccine to immunize 60 children against polio.

$101 can provide 10 families with a Basic Family Water kit for use during emergencies.

$648 can buy a Supplementary Dry Feeding kit that contains equipment for mixing and distributing food, enough to feed 500 moderately malnourished children
