i want to help my niece stay healthy and fit she is going to turn 12 in october and she is 61 in in height. and weighs 128lb. and her shoe size is 8 1/2. Does anyone have good websites or healthy fitness plans and good diet plans. I want at least to have her fit in 4-6 weeks but 8 weeks will also be fine. it would be wonderful if she can lose at least 8 lb by 6 weeks. But also her and i set a goal to lose and extra 12 lb., that goal can be done at anytime. Thanks you everyone.
